We do not sell or share your data

Robber Baron does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California law defines both. There are no advertising pixels on the site and no data broker downstream of it, so there is nothing to opt out of: the answer to the question this page exists to ask is already no, for every visitor.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing. Since we do neither, the signal changes nothing about how the site behaves for you, and you do not need to send it here.

Your other rights

You can ask to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, including a painted cover from a sitting you did not buy. Write to support@painted.app from the address you used, or name the date and caption of the sitting. PaintedApp, LLC answers within thirty days and never charges for it. An authorised agent may write for you with your signed permission.
